Default clutch engagement issue

1992 accord ex with 91lx trans

So, the new parts are installed. Clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing and i still can't get the car's clutch to fully engage. What could it be? I've replaced the slave and the M.C works. Clutch fork?

(the fork had a little notch at the too where the t.o bearing slide on)

When I say fully engage, I'm meaning the car won't go into gear with the stock push rod in the slave. I have to put something longer in the slave to fully disengage the clutch to go into gear.
