Default FS: LA 1998 Civic Ex Coupe H2B Swap with AC

Shell: 1998 Honda Civic EX 141,000 Miles
Engine: H22A, 2.2l DOHC, JDM Engine from Honda Prelude SiR S Spec, Engine Serial #1280466, Unknown Mileage
Transmission: ITR 5 speed with LSD, Unknown Mileage
H2B adaptor: QSD
Mounts:AVID Racing Billet Alluminum Mounts
Wheels/Tires: Steelies with Starfire (owned by Cooper Tire) all season, nearly new.
P28 Chipped OBD1 ECU with RyWire OBD2A-OBD1 jumper harness.
NO HEAT (Until heatercore/lines are fixed).
NO POWER STEERING.
NO RADIO INSTALLED (Have factory radio)
Ice Cold AC (must turn off AC while idling until it is retuned)

Runs, drives, stops. Body has lots of dings/dents/scratches but no rust. It's a BLAST to drive. Comes with steelies/tires pictured here(NOT the TRM/BFG Rivals setup):

It needs:
New heatercore or heatercore lines (leaking from firewall, currently bypassed)
New Dash vents
A Tune (currently on a Facetuned H22A Basemap, was waiting on new headers/intake/exhaust. Tuner also needs to raise base idle and AC idle)
Front mounted condensor fan/shroud
Better headers/Exhaust/Intake
IACV Delete/cleaning (erratic idle)
Larger Radiator (Stock radiator can only handle ~80 seconds of time attack)
Suspension (Stock suspension is horrible)
New Windsheild (has a long crack, but the LA Inspection sticker is good until 2016)
New loving owner

Starts up every time. Incredible throttle response and torque from the 2.2L engine. Very little to zero torque steer. Front fenders already pulled to fit 205's on 15x7 ET30. Rears need 10mm spacers to clear UCA. This is a wonderful car to drive, especially with the buttery smooth ITR 5spd. The short gearing lets you do stupid things like, spin first/second/third, go uphill in 5th gear. I enjoy DDing the car more than any of my other vehicles.

Asking $3500 for this incredible driving machine. Clean and Clear title in hand. Do not contact me unless you have CASH IN HAND.

Willing to deliver within 3 hours of Shreveport, LA . Selling the car so that I can focus on the Miata. Contact me via PM here, or text me at (26O) 6O2-75I5

YGPM.

Update:

Car has been lowered 1.5" on Apexi World Sport Coilovers (450#/in all around).
Will come with a spare set of American Racing 15x7 wheels.
Installed a single din Alpine stereo, which will also come with the car.

Erratic idle has been fixed. (PCV Delete + IACV cleaning)

24mpg city
26mpg hwy @ 80mph with AC on full blast.

Price is still at $3500 OBO, with all the extras I just added. No oil leaks. I'm about to throw on a RSB from a junkyard Integra and fool around with it at autocross, seeing as how my Miata is still a work in progress and the STI needs better tires.

Still the most fun car I've owned!
