Default Valve adjustments on Honda Pilot 3.5 Vtec

The manual says to adjust when they make noise. The dealer service agent said they can tighten too and need adjusting. They sound great at 90k.

Is this a question or public service announcement?

Tight valves dont make noise, and Honda V6 valves do have a tendency to tighten up. particularly on the Pilot for some reason. (Though I have done a few TL's with tight valves as well)
