Vacuum hose or coolant hose?

Vacuum hose or coolant hose?
Vehicle: 2012 Civic LX 2DR, Automatic, 180,000 miles
I have been trying to diagnose an acceleration / rough idle problem for quite a while. I want to make sure all of my vacuum lines are secured and possibly smoke them out (fuel trims are seemingly normal, +4 to 10% but it would just give me some peace of mind). However I noticed many of the vacuum hoses look identical to coolant hoses
How can I tell what is what? I don't want to pull off a coolant hose thinking it's a vacuum line and get air into it.
I haven't been able to find any diagrams showing the vacuum and coolant hoses on 2012s.
Is there something I should look for ON the hoses, or is there some other way to tell a vacuum hose vs. coolant hose?
Thanks
