Symptoms of too much oil in engine VIDEOS
I cant drain the oil and put new oil in because I am in san diego for a month. But I thought Id post and find out whats wrong.
The car will idle at 100rpm most times. only sometimes it idles at 800-900
there is white smoke coming out of the tail(not the thick white smoke from a head gasket leak)
idling low
not starting

White smoke is white smoke..... there is only one kind.
Grey/blue is oil
Black is fuel
White is water/coolant
How much oil did you put in the engine?

Oil exceeds the 2 marks on the dip stick. i bought this car in feb and its been sitting since. probably a lot of condensation in the engine.
is it a good idea to do an oil change. run it for a day, then do a oil change again. just to clean it out

If there is sludge/condensation in there... that is usually a sign of water/coolant in the oil. These engines shouldn't have any noticeable amount of condensate in the block from just sitting.
What does your oil look like, milk shake/coffee & cream? Have you tried a coolant system pressure test or engine compression test?

if you over fill the engine with oil, you will increaser the oil pressure possibly to the point where you will blow one or both of the main seals out and have leak. Usually the rear main is the first to go, as due to the larger diameter it will be more prone to failure than the front main.
If you have white smoke that is not an oiling issue.
