Still no spark

Still no spark
Well its been over a year now since I've had my car running and I am getting sick of not being able to drive it. Its a 96 ek with a 98 spec b18c engine and its not getting spark. I am not a honda guru by any means and I would like all the help I can get. The last few months of driving it, it would sporadically not want to start and the odd time the engine would die. I didnt pay much notice to that at the time as I was installing a new intake manifold and throttle body. After the install I havent been able to even start it once. I replaced the ignitor module, coil wire, spark plugs and cleaned out the distributor; still no spark. Now I've been told that if the fuel pump is broken, it tells the computer to cut spark, is that true? Also should you be able to hear the fuel pump? I can put my ear literally on top of the fuel pump cover and have somebody turn the key to the ON position and I can't hear a thing so does this mean its not working? I should also note I've had my MSD coil tested by a reputable mechanic and he says its fine so that shouldn't be the problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Re: Still no spark
Check out the main relay. it is a large grey rectangular relay in the dash. you should also try a know good distributor, just because you replaced those item doesn't mean the top dead center sensor or cam position sensor are not the problem.

Test the coil and test the ICM. Autozone can test the ICM and coil can be tested with a multi-meter. Check the FAQ's for 92-00 civic or Integra.
