Default P12-a02 on an h22 swap, good, bad, ?

i was just wondering if it would be good to run a p12-a02 usdm f22 prelude ecu on an h22 swap. i have a jdm p13 right now but i hate the fuel cut that hits at 120mph, and i also have a p28 jun chipped ecu that for some reason only start the motor once and cuts off and every time after that its like it not getting enough fuel. but the ecu only does this when its cold. so i was just wondering if the single cam f22 prelude ecu (p12-a02) would do any better on the h22 than what i already have?
