OEM Headgaskets: Ishino vs Nippon Leakless

Looking to purchase an OEM headgasket, but Majestic offers two different part numbers. One is an Ishino, and the other is Nippon leakless. What is the difference between these two?

I would think there both the same just a different MFG.

Supposedly the Nippon leakless is an "update" to the Ishino. What that actually means, I don't know...
