H22a swap into my 94 prelude S. previous engine was an f22a1. Im pretty sure I screwed myself and didn't use my complete harness from the f22a1 (just part of it, may need a new harness??). The car fires up with a little help from starting fluid but dies immediately. I press the gass pedal down but nothing feeds in. I had my buddy test the injectors and the harness. ive got power to the ecu but nothing coming back. have one missin engine hrness clip it has 9 wires all seem to be basically yellow, ylw/blk. if that clip is the case then I need a new harness seeing how some clips and wires are toast on my original one. any help would be much appreciated. oh fuel pump is pressuring the hose in the engine compartment as well.

The plug you speak of is usually for all the injector power wires and if you are running low impedance injectors you must have a resistor box.. If you are running high impedance injectors there is no need for a resistor box.. Is this the plug you are referring to?

A picture of the plug would help and what year chassis and harness are you using? Injectors from what motor?

prelude 94 engine is 93 injectors came with motor using motor harness that came with the h22a and part of the old ecu harness which was from the f22a1 trying to post pic cant upload on my comp for some reason

I think your talking about the top left connector in the second pic.. The numbers on the wire correspond with the numbers on the other page.. Hope it helps..

just google "axidworks" buy a complete vtec, iab, knock sensor kit...wire it in...case closed.

I ordered it! Now does that harness extension just plug straight into the ecu harness? Also do u know if I need to ground all four wires from the resistor box straight to that 12v source or do I do something else to them or 1 or what??

google "how to wire in vtec" you will be opening up the back connectors at the ecu and sliding the pins in and closing the back...very very easy to do...there will be a blue tap connector for the iab that you will tap into the iacv yel-blk wire.

don't touch your resistor box in any way, shape or form...period

Yup, you can just slide the new pins into the right spot.

And definitely don't delete the resister box, unless you have injectors that no longer require it.
