does your car have a pcv valve if so check it. If it is broken it will cause oil pressure to build in the crankcase making it squirt out of anywhere it can find (aka dipstick)

Is the windage tray installed in the crankcase lol? No smoke from exhaust means cant have blowby too bad which means the rings are ok.

I would go back to the crankcase ventilation situation. You should run a breather setup, or at least a good stock pcv valve/black box setup. Search for it, and you will see hundreds of threads on crankcase breather setups.
