Default keeping Auto Trans. w/B18 swap

Hello HT. I tried searching but didnt find out exactly what is need to do a auto b18c or b18b into a 96 Civic 1.6L auto.

I'm guessing auto axles are needed from the B trans. but what about engine mounts and ecu? Wiring hopefully isnt a pain due to car is OBD2a, but not sure. I remember reading that some vehicles had seperate trans. and engine ecus.

Thanks for your help.

You can't do a auto b18c no ecu is automatic Vtec that I kno of.... and I don't think they sell a trany mount to use a auto b series tranny in a civic. So pretty much impossible unless you get a custom tranny mount made and run the b18b1 with auto ecu

I thought the EG's and Ek's engine bay was the same as the DC2's, so the mounts are the same?

Incorrect. There is an Automatic OBD1 GSR swap that you can use in the OBD2a civic. The OBD1 auto P72 ecu uses all four plugs A, B, C and D and has all the auto functions in the ecu.

If you want to run the OBD1 automatic B18b swap, you will need to get the OBD1 automatic ecu and the TCM.

I sell both harnesses to run either setup in your car if you are interested.
