Default K20 and F20C bell housing

Does any one know for certain if the K20 (RSX-S) and the F20C (S2000) do or do NOT have the same bolt pattern on the bell housing?
The pictures of the Lotus Elise with the F20C make it look like they are the same and bolt up, but has anyone on this list actually done it?
I'm currently using a K20 RSX-S engine with an inline RWD Toyota transmission, but would be interested in using S2000 tranny if it will bolt up.

do not.

there is a company that makes elise's with k20's and f20's and they are the ones "coming out" with a bellhousing to use an S2000 motor with a K20 tranny.
custom piece really.

they seem to lie the K20 more than the F20 though....
