Default ignition control module gone bad or else?

I messed something up with my car, not sure what it is. When i pass 5k rpm the rpm tachometer goes crazy on me shivering between 5-8r[m, also if i go higher on rpm scale when i stop the car turns of, the ignition is also messed up it needs time to turn on. All of this happened while running some crome maps, and I also did some wiring to the car earlier that day. I think is ignition control module or coil in distributor, but not sure, if anyone has any other idea, please write it up, thanks.
