Default Curious Question: why are H22's suppossed to be such a bitch to tune and run right?

I've heard numorous times on this board about how h22's are a pain to tune or trouble shoot...why is this, just curious what the main problems everyone has with them.

Not as common as the B and they have EGR valves.
It's still a honda engine. IMO they are just intimidating to people because they are larger.

They are definately more difficult to tune, but I'm not exactly sure why. I know all the problems friends have run into with thier H22s seem to take much longer to resolve.
