Ice it and knock it back out using a chisel or drift punch and a hammer.

It'll slide up and out when you hammer it back. Ice the woodruff key to maybe help it to shrink a little and give you a little more clearance against the crank snout.

So is the crank pulley already off? If so then try to perhaps pry it up with a small tipped screw driver? If the pulley is not off for some reason take it off then work on it from there.

heat it up with a blow torch! then tap it with a hammer. Try PB blaster as well, but dont use the PB with the torch(unless you really hate your engine ).

I think im going to go buy a little torch today and see if that solves it.

Have you ever ran into this problem before? Would you blow torch the key and try to yank it off?

Yeah,if you can control the torch. A little heat, and a little banging should pop it out of the grove.
