knocking noise.. from wheel... axels? wtf
it makes a knocking noise when i turn right., so i put it on jack stands to see whats up.
there is no leak from CV joints or anything. the axels are new . i just got a b16 a month ago! ... so then i started to turn the right wheel. first to the left and then to the right. the Right wheel turns with little resistence turned either way.
the LEFT wheel. only turns with little resistence while turned left. when i turn it right it has little resistence .. then alot then little again..
is that my problem? if so what is wrong with it?

also... i dont really feel the knocking noise thru the steering wheel. and it only happens to right, never going left. never going straight. only when turning right. could it also be bushing? cause most of mine are fucked.

Sounds like a bad axle, but it could be a bushing, a loose suspension bolt or problems with your tie rods or steering rack.

i have the same problem in my car which is BRAND new, accord 2d 4cyl
and it has the same cracking noise but when i turn right and only if its a speedy turn or if im accelerating
i went to my dealer and he said there has been moments where a new cars axle would make that noise because when the crap is being put together some metal extracts or rust type particles get in under the cv boot and makes that noise
he said the other car its happened to was a s2000, i still need to take mine in and figure out what it is. he's just guessing. but since ur b16 is new it could be the same issue
