Default Help

I have a 2000 Honda civic ex. The issue of the day is that my car will not start. I have tried to jump it which did not work. Only after I switched a relay or 2 around in the fuse box. Went to advance to see get my battery and alternator checked everything is fine with battery running at 12.9 volts the minute I tried to turn my car over it won't even click I am now thinking it could be a high possibility of the ignition relay or neutral safety switch. Any ideas?

If you have no power at all, the the main fuse ,in engine bay fuse box, is blown.

If you do have some power then go to the tech form and fallow the simple DIY starter/circuit test, in the sticky, all you need is a simple 12V test light, [not LED type]94
