the gsr will not bolt up..
aside from that the gsr mani has secondary butterflies in it that will not opperate with your ls ecu so the swap would make you lose perfromance even if it did bolt up..
just buy a skunk2 intake manifold for the ls motor
The correct advice is no it won't bolt up so unfortunetly you need to do a head swap With that gsr head to get an lsvtec and that gsr intake mani won't work on that gsr head either so you need to get a skunk 2 intake mani then get it tuned. I'm sorry I don't make the rules but that's what u need to do, sorry I hate to the burden of bad news :p
