Default Engine stumbles at low rpms (2k-2.5k)

To cut it short:
Pmr motor, em1 chassis
Mods- intake, skunk2 tb w/coolant bypass, skunk2 im w/iat bypass, skunk2 tuner2 cams, plm 4-1 header, custom exhaust tuned on s300.
Problem is intermittent. Fuel cuts at 2000-2500rpm. One way to describe it is the same way your fuel is cut when you let off the gas (revs drop, afr goes full lean and engine sits at idle). It doesnt matter how much load is applied (light, medium, heavy) as soon as it gets to that rpm range it cuts out. Pressing on the gas after the cut doesnt get anywhere as if the tps isnt reading. One way to get it going again is if i fully depress the clutch. Not just half way depressed but fully depressed all the way to the floor. There is no misfiring or bogging. Doesnt stall either, it idles perfectly like youre in neutral. Clutch is in good condition. Spark plugs in cood condition. Tps calibrated and map cleaned. Wiring harness wasnt hacked.

Ideas, tips, solutions?

If more info is need lmk.

I have experienced this same issue on my turboed lsv, not sure the cause, im leaning towards a vaccum/boost leak in my scenario, only difference is I don't have to depress clutch I can just get back in throttle and it will clear up once above the 2500 range. someone must have this issue that knows what the cause could be open to all suggestions to help op out

Update:
Problem goes away for a couple days when battery is disconnected for a day. Tried disconnecting the battery for 5 mins and even disconnected the ecu for 5 mins and problem persisted. So problem stays even when ecu is reset. Got spark in all cylinders. Fuel pressure is good even when the engine is cutting out. Engine doesnt die if you let the rpms drop. Itll drop down to 1000 rpms and get power again. When rpm reaches 2000rpm the engine cuts. When downshifting at 1800rpms in 5th gear to go over the 2000rpm hurdle engine will have power at >2000 rpms(depending on what gear you go into) for about 2 seconds before dying. Im stumped. Throw ideas at me.

Car fires up everytime no hiccups. It clears itself up every once in awhile. One minute it dies and next minute i have power over 2000 rpms again.
It only happens at 2000+rpms
I have fuel and spark
Afr is in the 13s then goes full lean when engine cuts
Problem clears for awhile when battery is disconnected for a good while
Problem sometimes clears itself while driving
No bogging or misfiring
Doesnt act like its in limp mode
No cels when problem is present
Starts just fine
I can hear air in the intake manifold when pressing on the throttle when engine kills itself
Hondata s300 lean protection? Car isnt running lean. Nearest tuner is 2hrs away so thats last resort.
