ECU fuse keeps blowing

ECU fuse keeps blowing
I have a 1992 Acura Integra with a b20b swap. It's currently running the stock pr4 ecu. And was running the p75 ecu when I got it. So when I got it, it was running fine until like a week after when the ECU fuse blew and the car shut off and wouldn't start. So I ended up putting another fuse in but it blew again so I put a 20a fuse in and it didn't blow so I could get it home. So after that I switched the ecu back to the stock pr4 and that fixed the problem. So just yesterday after about 2 weeks the ecu fuse blew again. So I did the same thing and put a 20a fuse in to get it home. On the way home I felt the car chug like back and forth while driving, I only felt this like twice and it was random. So finally the car shut off with the 20a fuse but the fuse didn't blow so it started back up and this happened one more time, then I was pulling up to my house and it shut off again, but this time the 20a fuse was blown. Does anyone have any clue of what could be the cause of this?

Re: ECU fuse keeps blowing
Yea found that out the hard way today. I was driving and it completely stopped and was smoking a little at the wires that Come from the fuse box and I guess go to the ecu so I'm gonna go to the junkyard tomorrow and get the whole harness and everything. So hopefully that fixes it but I'll let u know, thanks.
