Default D15b7 bogging/won't start.

So i've been having this problem ever since I replaced the spark plugs and installed a new air intake. I've taken the plugs out and inspected them and they look fine. I've switched back to the old intake and the problem persists. When I started driving it it would have extreme bogging when I gave it gas in low RPM's. It would die if I let it idle low enough. Also i'm getting no CEL's.

Since then here are the things i've done:

New fuel pump
New plug wires
New cap/rotor
New main relay
New coil
Remove the exhaust (car started up right away and ran for a few minutes after removed, but died shortly after).
Cleaned the IACV with WD-40
Tested with p75 and p28 ecu's

I'm stumped here guys. The car will start up and die immediately, and I really need some more help before I drop some more cash.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

Many thanks!
