CEL code 1 "Oxygen Content"

CEL code 1 "Oxygen Content"
Pulled my CEL got a code 1, "Oxygen content" does that mean O2 sensor is bad, running to rich, running to lean, bad cat.? What exactly do i need to check for or correct? Thanks

it could mean any of those things, i doubt its a bad cat though..
A friend of mines teg was running rich, and throwing the same code, but intermittently.. oh btw a Bad o2 Sensor will cause the car to run rich, if youve noticed the car to be running differently

is the tune running on the rich side. may be the o2. you could hook up a wide band all the time and delete the o2.
thats if all else fails but i would try simple things first. has it been street tuned?

No, haven't street tuned yet, just running a chipped ecu from pherable.net hoping to get a street tune this friday.
