Camshaft holder/holder plate hole is stripped and enlarged

Camshaft holder/holder plate hole is stripped and enlarged
So my was taking the motor apart to check the block since I lost pressure in cylinder 4 and as I'm taking apart the head I notice one of the bolts is extremely easy to remove, finish taking everything off and BAM...Anyway to fix this or am I **** out of luck?

Will the bigger bolt fit in the cam holder hole though? I'm taking my block into the machine shop I may just have them fix this...

At this point taking the head to a machine shop is the best bet. They'll probably fill and re-drill a new hole.
It's sort of hard to see but is the hole just warped at the top?
