These are the specs for the B18C1 GSR Motor. Just to clear all confusion. This thread can be locked and added to any forum. Im sure this thread will be looked upon for clearances, oil capacity, etc....These ARE specs from Honda. I also have specs for the B16, and B18B i can post if needed..

[01] -- 6 x 1 mm bolts, 8 ft. lb; 8 x 1.25 mm bolts, 17 ft. lbs.
[02] -- Tighten pulley to 145 ft. lb, loosen bolt, then tighten to 130 ft. lbs.
[03] -- Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly for tightening procedure.
[04] -- Refer to Engine for proper tightening torques.
