read post 11 on 1st page and if u dont want to use the ign as a swicth then use a toggle swicth instead then find the thermostat housing it sound have a sensor and a thermostatic swicth u can use or purchase one from the parts store and install it

i didnt read the whole page so sorry if this has been repeated. i just unplugged the plug thats on the thermostat housing and cut a 1inch piece of wire and jumped the plug. now the fan is on constantly when the key is turned onto the ON position.

Hey, so does anyone know how to connect an electric fan to the oem radiator wiring? I just bought an electric fan but I just want it to plug into the stock fan plug..

Cut the plug off your stock fan, connect it to your new fan, [make sure fan runs in the correct direction].

Ok a little illiterate on things like this, well alot but
First yes this is an old thread but has helped me tremendously or will have one question though.
What size of relay is that, 30 amp? asking cause someone said I needed a 70 amp relay for a 1999 Acura cl 3.0 and I would think one fan on the radiator might use 8 amps at most and maybe 20 to 25 on a draw starting. Thanks, just want to get the right relay to work with your diagram.

Okay i did the hookup as in post 11's diagram but when I connect to the battery the fan comes on without the key turned. I double checked all wiring and everything is where it should be.
