Default 97 Accord Cold Start Problem

First, I'd like to say hello. I read a lot of good posts here that helped keep my Honda running, but I finally got around to registering.

My Honda is a 97 Accord LX, 2.2l and it runs fine when the weather is warm. When the temp is below 50* and the car sits overnight, the engine sometimes won't start. The issue is intermittent but rainy days seem to make it worse.

When it will not start, there is no spark at all but plenty of gas. The fuel pump is not the issue.

At first, I would push the car in my garage or let the sun warm things up and it would start. Recently, I found out that warming up my distributor with a hair dryer for a couple minutes would solve the problem. The car would start on the first crank.

Can the Ignition Control Module weaken over time and display this behavior? This is the 3rd winter that I'm dealing with this problem and it is getting worse. What do you think?
