96 integra fuel pump wont turn on I have searched and tested
I have a 96 teg gsr, has been sitting for 3 years, decided to start working on it again. When I turn the key the car turns over but the main relay doesnt click. I tested the number 1 pin on main relay for 12v and its says 0, and if i Leave 12v jumper wire on the relay and try to start it with relay plugged in it still does nothing. when I run a jumper to 3 the relay clicks that for ecu and injectors, when I run it to 7 the fuel pump turns on, when I put it on 6 it turns the car over. When I run it to 5 the relay clicks. I have checked the grounds from pin 2 on main relay to a23 and a16 it has continuity. I cant figure out where pin 8 on the main relay is supposed to run on the ecu? and I use my ohm meter to try to get continuity from pin 8 to the ecu and I cant find it anywhere. I have also checked all the fuses in the whole car, I tried switchin to obd1 ecu and still the same thing, I have also tried two different main relays, one I know is good for sure because I tried it in my other car, when I hardwire the fuel pump i build 40 psi in the lines. I have been searching and testing for over a week, and normally try to figure stuff out on my own but im out of ideas? If anyone has anything that could help me that would be great any info would help thanks!

Well after triple checkin all the fuses and actually getting the right under dash fuse box diagram, I realized the acgs fuse was gone so replaced that and fuel pump kicked on with key! Car still wouldnt start but its doing everything its supposed to, I guess some things are more simple than they seem
