Alright I think I've located the issue to be these wires in the pictures below. First off its a 91 Civic with a 94 Integra swap and the problem i think lies within the black and green wire and the yellow and green wire and the yellow wire from my knowledge yellow controls accessories black and green is ignitor i think and yellow and green is the starter i may be wrong cause im just going off of memory but I checked everywhere and idk where these friggen wires go so can somebody please help me and yeah theres alot of iffy stuff on this car the guy used painters tape to wire up the headlights
But heres the pics and thanks for the help!

The starter will have a heavy gauge, [black or black/yellow] with ring terminal, coming from the batt, and a lighter gauge black/white starter lead, with a "quick disconnect" female terminal...

The ICM, [igniter] has a yellow/green, [ign. input signal] and a blue, [RPM output]

The other leads to the distributor assembly are...

Black/yellow - ign. power input.
Orange and white - CYP
Orange/blue and white blue - TDC
Blue/green and blue/yellow - CKP

The last three sets are inside braided shield wire, just like the white lead.

Where exactly do the black and yellow/green, in second pic. come from?

In first pic. the green looks like it has a black tracer, or some other dark color, are ther any tracers on the yellow lead or the white one with the shielding? 94

In the first pic the green has black too none on the yellow like i said I think this is my accessory wire and the white wire run from a black wire so I think somehow these are all related I just need to know what to hook to what.
Black and yellow/green in the second pic I believe are coming from the ignition harness or somewhere by the dash there was a rubber thing on them and I think somehow it broke or something. If you can just list like greem/black to whatever you know that would be a great help and much appreciated cause I just put in all new axles new ball joints and control arm bushings and I wanna drive this thing.

What engine harness are you using?
What dash harness are you using?

The problem is, the only yellow lead I can find is fuel injector #4 control lead from ECU/ECM, and a yellow for the TCM, [Transmission Control Module] from ECU/ECM
Yellow is ACC. in a 94 Integra, [and 91 Civic] but it does not go to the engine bay it goes from ign. switch to under dash fuse box.

Black leads along with brown/black leads are generally ground leads in Honda/Acura.

The only white lead in braided shield that I can find is to the CYP from the ECU/ECM.

I can find no green/black.

The above are all from a 94 Integra engine harness 94

I think its an obd1 94 integra harness im not sure though. I didn't do this swap I just bought this car for $500 cause some drunk driver hit my 93 coupe but the dash harness I think is a 94 integra one that they just wired up to the civics gauges.I think if I connect the yellow/green with the yellow/green shown in picture 2 and the green/black with the black in picture 2 and the yellow to either the black wire that the white clamps hooked too or I think it might connect to the starter so im gonna go take a look at that again. Also in picture 2 they might have put some type of rubber wire clamp or something on it to keep the wires together and when I was putting in my radiator something must have caught it or it just broke somehow cause my car gets no electric im charging it now because I think the battery might be kinda low. Let me know if you think this sounds good or not.

Connecting leads without knowing what they are is not a good idea.

In most cases, wires that plug together are the same color, not a diff. color.

Let me take a look at my 94 Integra and I will check to see if I can get a better idea of where the leads in the first pic go, [green/black, yellow and shieleded white. 94

Well the only reason I think this is the right thing to do is because there the only wires that are loose and it looks like someone just found something that look like a butt connector shoved wires in it and used that and I'm pretty certain that the black wire is just wired up to the white one and idk why maybe a ground but for what and please let me know asap im gonna go take another look and ill let you know if i find anything else. Oh and thanks a bunch i really appreciate the help.

The first pic is from left to right:
-O2 sensor (tannish white plug)
-I'm pretty sure the other two wires plug into the reverse lights

2nd pic
-fan switch which normally on OBD0 go to the back of the block but if you truly have a 94 integra engine they go to the thermostat housing and uses a different style plug for OBD1/2

Your harness is definetly OBD0

What HondaPartsHero said.^^^

Question, what is the plug, [and color of leads] between the O2 and "COOLANT TEMP FOR ECU"?

I had a quick look at my 94 and it looks like I do not have the male/female bullet connectors for the back-up light switch, it was starting to rain so I did not look too hard,

It looks like the leads from the back-up light switch to the 2pin plug are both green/black and yellow and green/black at harness side plug.

Also the O2 on a 94 Integra, [OBD1] is a heated one so a 4 pin plug.

I'm guessing a 93 B18A1.94

93coupe91hbTY can you take a pic of engine "tag"...
