Default FRONTS

yes, it will work

https://honda-tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes-54/caliper-bracket-interchangability-2677539/

the legend GS 2-pots will work on your ITR 5-lug front knuckles. nsx & ITR single pot (stamped 17CL15VN) will work as well on this set-up. you'll need to examine the brackets which are on the caliper (they're stamped 23T, 25T or 28T). ideally, you'll want the 23T, which is meant for a 23mm rotor (ITR specs 23mm 11" front rotor).

i'm not 100% sure about the 00 honda CRV front rotors,

if you're staying with 23T brackets, then i recommend oem ITR rotors or prelude VTEC 11" rotors

use of NSX brackets (stamped 28T) w/ NSX calipers

link to NSX calipers on an ITR, but also pertains to legend GS 2-pot & ITR single-pot

Default RSX REAR CALIPERS

but the caliper bodies are different (itr vs ep3/rsx).

90-01 integra LS/RS/GS/GSR rear caliper (stamped 7clp13s) uses a 9.4" rear rotor 4X100

the 9CLP14S itr/ep3/rsx rear calipers uses a bigger piston & bigger pads

than the integra 7CLP13S rear caliper
the 03 RSX calipers will work, but they must be mounted left-side right & right-side left. you'll also need to bleed the calipers unmounted (or inverted) since the bleeders are pointed the wrong way

Default REAR PADS

not sure about the 06 civic Si's specs...maybe someone can chime in & confirm specs for the rear disc set-up?

the 9CLP14S caliper variants are available in many models (ie., ITR, 97-00 CL, prelude VTEC, RSX, 01-05 EP3 hb civic Si, etc), they all share the same sized pads.

i've found that going with any EP3/RSX rear pads will save you the trouble of trial-and-error

...and that's your brake set-up
