Default Spring rates?

Which spring rates to chose for Civic 92 hatch? What are the best settings for semi race car? Sometimes i use it for road racing but roads are bumpy.

I'm running F450/R650 in my 99 SI and I love it for both track days and street. But there are hundreds of different combinations that can work.

My springs are 10/6kg. Front suspension have 50mm traverl, rear 25mm. Your springs are harder. I think you will brake the chassis.

lol he's not going to break anything. Guys run upwards of 1000lbs/in springs on these cars for road racing with no issue. 560lbs/in is not a big deal. What sorts of roads are you racing on if they are that bumpy?

There are no "best" settings, each car and driver will develop their own preferred setup, and it will be a combination of the driver's abilities and preferences, and the other mods on the car (tires, brakes, swaybars, etc), and THAT will depend on how the car is used (street car, track car, drag car). Too many variables to give you a definite answer.

Roads are bumpy...
With 1000lbs your suspension travel will be 2cm. That sucks.
