Spoon Brake Rotors
Spoon Sports sells 14", 15", and 16" rotors 4x100 to use with ITR calipers or the Spoon Twinblock calipers. Single piece starting around $125 a rotor for the 14" isn't a bad deal. I'm just curious if anyone has done this and if anyone knows what's the smallest wheel that will fit a 14" rotor is?

It isn't really answerable that generically, unfortunately.
Hopefully others will chime in and provide more useful answers.

Re: Spoon Brake Rotors
While I can't answer the question directly, I can say that different wheels will fit differently with regards to brakes, so "the smallest" size that fits might only be specific brands / models (or even specific offsets of specific wheels) that fit. Additionally, the caliper used will also determine wheel fitment.

14" rotor? That's 355mm. 16" is 406mm. For standard calipers? Really?
I've never heard of rotors that big. Why would you need brakes that big on a Honda?

Re: Spoon Brake Rotors
300whp 2700lb car road racing. More braking torque and material as a heat sink. This is what Spoon had to say when I contacted them:
"The Spoon 14" Brake Rotor is for use with the Spoon Twinblock calipers which is suitable to be used the Integra DC2/DB8.
The Spoon brake rotor part number is: 42510-4H1014.
Regarding wheels - the Spoon brake parts are designed to be used with OEM wheels, so use that as general guide. It may possible to use slightly smaller wheels but you will need to take measurements."
So obviously this will fit with 98+ JDM ITR wheels? I don't see how this can work without spacing the caliper further out using custom brackets though. They've got some splainin to do!

It is an error, or you've misinterpreted what they are saying. They are nowhere near 14". The standard ITR discs are 11", you can just about fit 12" under the 16" 98spec wheels.

I'm not sure why they say 14" and 15". It appear they are rotors in the same size at ITR rotors but cast in 4x100.

Re: Spoon Brake Rotors
That's not right. I used to do technical drawings and got pretty good estimating dimensions when there was minimal to no information provided. With that 100m dimension I estimate that rotor to be apx. 275-280mm or 11" roughly.

Re: Spoon Brake Rotors
I live in Japan and I can tell you spoon stuff is overpriced junk or relabeled Honda parts. I have ebc slotted rotors on my ek9 and are perfect. Trust me I would love the calipers....but all the other spoon stuff I had was cheap looking or broke.

That's interesting because my Spoon N1 muffler has to be the highest quality exhaust I've seen thus far. The welds and build materials are for damn sure top notch. I wouldn't call it junk but I would say that their calipers are very overpriced.

Their suspension was fantastic on my EK. Not just 'good for a Civic', probably the best suspension I have experienced period.

Re: Spoon Brake Rotors
Please don't think I'm just trying to argue....I have never driven on Spoons suspension so I can't comment....I did how ever install the spoon springs on my ek9 and I can tell you it made it dangerous with all the oversteer. Almost uncontrollable around a corner at speed. I have spun out twice and got loose multiple times. It was perfect with the stock CTR springs....just some slight under steer which I prefer personally. I went to the type one store and looked at all the spoon stuff....trust me I was like a fat kid in a candy store but shocked at the prices and some was crap. Not saying everything. Their carbon weaves are amazing but at least 2 times the price of another perfect weave from other companies.
Like I said I'm not trying to fight just stating that spoon labeled rotors would be a waste....better to get stock replacements at a auto parts store or EBCs.

Re: Spoon Brake Rotors
No you're probably completely right on the rotors, not something I would waste money on personally.
Can't say I had any of the issues with oversteer on the Spoon suspension though, and I had a lot more contributing factors to exacerbate oversteer on my setup too...
