Question about my suspension
stock struts in the front
kyb struts in the back
no name sleeves
i had my car on my moms drive way the other day it was a flat service a little incline ....but to finish my question i had to adjust the sleeves all differently , in order for the same finger space from tire to fender...
bad struts? what is going on here

Re: Question about my suspension
it's normal, unless you get a professional shop to corner balance it. you can try to eye ball it, and get it close.
just have to put the lower control arms on jack stands (while the wheel is off) and adjust that way. you'll have to measure from center of hub to fender. then put wheel on temporally to see if it's where you want it.

Re: Question about my suspension
Well, considering you are are on no name sleeves, it doesn't surprise me. The cheap springs aren't quality controlled for uniform spring rates, so they will compress different amounts.
Get quality suspension. Your car will thank you.

Re: Question about my suspension
its not about the quality of sleeves.
all cars over time bend and set. even from the factory ride heights are NOT equal. add years or decades of having at least an extra 200 lbs on the driver side at all times while moving, uneven forces on the road when turning left and right, worn out bushings on the control arms, theres no way the cars ride height is going to be even.
the reason its not noticed before lowering is because theres so much gap, the difference isnt visible. reduce the gap, and the difference becomes more apparent. then ppl freak out, "omg my car is uneven, why!??!??"
