Proper ride height for em1 front?
Hello, maybe proper is not the right word, rather optimum. I got the the shock eye bolt and rear spindle bolt are level in the rear for optimum ride height, but how about the front?
Thanks everybody.

Re: Proper ride height for em1 front?
If you're worried about the RC height, make sure that the inbound and outboard mounts for the LCA keep the chassis side higher than the spindle side.
One also needs to be concerned with leaving adequate suspension travel, and the toe curve, and the camber curve, etc...
Now, the real question is going to be "optimum for what purpose?". If the answer is "to go as fast as possible around corners", then reality just might dictate that lowering past the point of optimum suspension geometry is faster. If you run softer spring rates on street tires like I do, then that isn't the case, but if you run super stiff on race rubber, it could very well be. So, the answer ends up being "test and time it, and find out".

Re: Proper ride height for em1 front?
Well i tried setting the coils so the the rear lca body bolt is about 3/4" above the spindle, which is good i guess, coming from stock shocks with skunk2 lowering springs, the height is now good so my rear tires arent cambered in like they were before, but the front...? Is it better to have a bit of rake, to keep the weight of the engine lower to the ground, or better to keep it level?
