Default Lowering 1998 Civic Ex

When I first bought my car(1998 Civic Ex) it was lowered about 2.3 inches with just coil overs and I went through 2 sets of tires in about 6 months, I took it into my local tire shop and they said that I have toe only in the rear(Mainly on the passenger side) and the adjustment is maxed out.

I'm currently sitting back at stock height and have been highly considering lowering it again but this time only about 1.5 inches.
I'm looking for rear toe kits and found some Megan Racing Rear Toe Control Arms, Would this get rid of the toe?

I've already read it, But I'm not trying to fix the camber I'm trying to fix the toe that was maxed on adjustment. Will the Megan Toe Controll Arms fix the toe?

You don't need it for a mild drop like that. If the toe was maxed out before then that isn't the case now. I think your tire shop might be FOS though.

Or something else is broken/bent/worn out on your 16 year old previously lowered car. You shouldn't have any trouble setting toe at that height.
