Car doesn't seem that low. I have a theory on why the axle company may be giving you the advice they have. Can you, with your wheels on the ground, see if the axles are level at that height? If they are, the best solution may be to raise or lower the car a bit to impart some angle in there.

CV axles should never be perfectly straight at static height for a couple of reasons.

-They will wear out faster. If there is a slight angle to the joints, the tripods will "orbit" a little in the races instead of just staying in one plane as the axle rotates around.

-With no angle, the axles are always at their longest effective length. I think that this is why DSS is suggesting you pull some camber out. It would move the hub outward ever so slightly, theoretically helping with your problem.

Obviously, extreme angles are no good either, both for added stresses and reduced torque transmission efficiency. I'm making an educated guess here that your's is a drag setup, so maybe a little less static camber could be a good thing?

Also, FWIW, I've had the S2 pro series arms on my 00 for about 4 years/60k or so with no real problems. The bushings do creak once in awhile, despite the fact that I clocked them properly when installing and that I release and retighten them every time I align the car. I can't really see any of the lower end ones being any better.

That diagram is the wrong way, shouldn't your axles be pointing up out of the trans if you are too low? In which case camber will actually help.

Pretty sure z.speed was around even before eBay actually. I probably still have a couple of their parts laying around somewhere. They made a great air box setup. I definitely still have one of the first 50 "introductory" sets of skunkworks coilovers, the springs still say skunkworks on them.

I've had this Honda habit way too long.

Skunk2 Pro camber kits are fine, SPC and Eibach are arguably better at least in terms of quality. The design of the Skunk2 makes it easier to adjust.

I still don't see how this is going to solve your axle problems. You aren't as low as I am and I've never had axle issues.

I've got OEM replacement axles from EMPI, H2B swap with an ITR transmission. I've gone this whole autocross season and ~13,000 miles with 0 issues.

You don't need camber kits. People install camber kits to help tuck in lower offset wheels, not to help with axle problems.

Or to fix negative camber issues.

I think fixing your negative camber could help axle issues. Your picture makes sense. The K sports look like a good deal too.

That brings up a good point. We haven't discussed what your setup is. I'm assuming that it's a typical b-series.

I had a similar problem on my first 97 honda civic same issue with axle binding but with a b18c I had stock engine mounts though but with stiff inserts, also H&R Sport lowering springs with about 1.75" front and 2" rear I think it was but was getting similar readouts as you describe from the alignment shop. I searched around and found for the back you can use 1/4" washers for each 1/2" of lowering but you'll need to search the internet for "DIY rear camber kit honda acura" as for the fronts I tried out the ebay special skunk2 lookalike I think I paid $85 shipped for the fronts and rear LCA also. I used the fronts for over 3 years and they were still good when I sold the car. Oh and I too also had funky numbers that didn't match in the front in addition to the axle binding which thankfully the camber kit helped my situation and I stopped going through axles. 1 1/2 sets actually. I think 90_EX_Civic brings up some good points to consider!
