Default Hard when off falls to floor when running

Hello-

Been searching like crazy and have found some people with this issue but no solid "thats the problem/fix".

1992 Acura Integra LS. Non ABS

Brakes were in working order before any work was performed. Have stainless lines at every corner which have been working before any work done. When doing the last brake work which involved the stainless lines and rebuilt rear calipers Had damage the Master Cylinder so says the inspector over a year ago.

INFO-

Did a swap and got a wild hair and decided to replace the front calipers along with the MC.

MC- Old gasket was removed and area cleaned at the brake booster. MC was bench bled.

New front calipers - The correct sides are installed at the correct side and the bleeders are facing upward and toward the front of car.

Bleeding - Used a MityVac (compressor style) and bled the car RR, LF, RL, RF according to Service manuals recomendations. I did wrap each bleeder with teflon so it wouldnt suck air around the fitting. Also 2 person bled after this and with clear tubing saw no air. Have also 2 person bled with car running hoping it would possibly knock any air in the lines loose. Total of 64oz (2 bottles) of brake fluid bleed through the system at this point.

The problem-

Pedal is solid with car off. Start the car and it goes to the floor with no resistance. I may be loosing my mind but when pressing the brake with the car running I think it is giving a 100 rpm idle increase. I have out of wild fury and anger pumped like crazy on the pedal with the car running and it seemed to build pressure then fade and sink again. I did pull the vacuum at the booster and it had vacuum as the manual said to check. It worked fine before so I am not reallying thinking it is bad. I could be wrong?!

My ideas I am at now-

1. Bad new master cylinder
2. Vacuum leak at the new MC seal at the booster
3. Possible bad booster check valve.
4. Checked every caliper and the MC itself over night and past few days I havent messed with it and fluid level is good in the MC and havent seen or felt any brake fluid any where.

I Have another MC heading my way from the store to replace this one. I am also going to be spraying some carb cleaner at the seal to see if I get more rpm change and its a vacuum leak causing this. I just dont want to shotgun this one and start throwing a bunch of new parts at it.

ANY THOUGHTS OR HELP PLEASE H-T!!!
