Default Gc top hat

I have a dc2 and I was wondering do the stock top hats fit on the GC for konis ?

Yes, they fit.




As far as needing them, it all depends on how low you are, and what spring rates you are running. On my brother's EJ8, he has 440f/440r spring rates, and is dropped a good amount. He never hits the bump stops on the shocks, so he's good. If he had the standard soft GC springs however, he would most likely need the extended top hats.

On my Accord, even with my 10k springs up front, I still hit the bump stops on large bumps because of my ride height. So I had custom extended top hats made (since GC only does Civic/Integra ones), and it pretty much solved my issue.
