Default em1 suspension

thinking about investing in a new suspension an there are SO many out there i cant just pick one and buy it. so i figured id ask the suspension people whats up. ive got a 99 si, and my power goal is about 400-450 so you have an idea of how much power im workin with. i realize i cant have the smoothest ride with the car being slammed. so whats a good suspension to lower the car on and have a good ride and then slam it for car shows or anytime i want to??

yes it is everything i need to know to make a smart decision, but other people may agree/disagree with the setups he has had and may think some ride better than others. just because ONE person has a write up on stuff he has worked with doesnt mean its law. i liked the tein basics as to where he did not so there you go, i differ from the op about teins

Please post your query into further suspension into the on-going discussion already in the thread mentioned within your thread. That thread was intended to be a dynamic and continuous discussion on suspension setups, it is subject to change as value-oriented suspension setups are discovered. Please feel free to convince the community otherwise.
