Default "EF" suspension in "EK" ?

Hello Honda tech, I was wondering if this is possible. I was thinking about trying to fit EF coilovers on an EK, is this possible? I heard that for the front you need EF forks, and for the rear is just doing the old washer trick? is this true? Is anyone currently running EF suspension on EK? also I have heard that the hole where the rear suspension sits is different on EF than EK, so could I just swap in EF rear lower control arms?
Thanks in advance guys.

rear lower control arms WONT swap, EF/EG/DC will, but EK are not the same.

What would be the purpose of this swap?

From what I have researched EF shocks are shorter, so basically the purpose is to go lower than my current set up.
