Default Am i going to ruin my new KYBs?

I just bought some KYB AGXs for my car... the rear shocks that are on it now are blown and the fronts are not much better.. thats why im repalcing them... right now what i have on the car (what came on the car when i bought it) are some Tokico shocks with some Ractive coilovers, now im wondering if either the tokicos are just crap and blew, or if they blew because of the coilovers... i really am not trying to spend 350 bucks on new shocks to just see them blow again.... are my shocks at risk of being ruined if i reuse the old ractive coilovers...? i dont really have the money right now to buy new springs or coilovers.... any help or advice would be nice... thanks in advance guys... sorry about the long post... lol

Agreed, return the camber kit if you can, and raise the car up to a respectible ride height. You'll blow any shock if you bottom it enough.

You need to have your alignment checked and the toe set to 0. I'm guessing if this guy cheaped out on the coilovers, he probably didn't bother with an alignment.

Those KYBs probably won't last long. They can't handle much over stock.

I did have AGXs, and they self destructed within a few months using Eibach Pro-Kit springs. My OEM shocks with 80K on them were better than the KYBs, and they just weren't meant to handle the springrate your running. You may have a different experience, and they may last, but it's a gamble at best.
