after alignment vehicle still pulls to right
My old tires had uneven wear, more on the sides than the middle and my steering was not straight (had to turn my steering wheel about 1 hour to the left if compared to a ticking clock). Tires needed to be replaced, so i did that and still same problem with the steering wheel, after 1,000 miles i decided to get a wheel alignment for all 4 wheels. Technician said tires will wear fine now but steering will still pull, he recommends rotating the wheels/tires cross diagonal and the problem will be fixed, but my tires are single directional.
I want to know if i have been cheated from a not complete alignment? he says 99% of the vehicle pulling is in the tires. Did he wanted more money to have my tires flipped and rearranged?

yes uneven tires can change your thrust angle. your alignment guy can offset it if he's willing. but you should have gotten an alignment when you got the new tires.

Possibly bad tires or conicity issues. Try rotating the tires and see if it still pulls, just don't do this when it's raining.
If it doesn't pull any more you can get the tires flipped.
Another option is finding a tire shop with a Hunter GS9000 balance with StraightTrak installed. The StraightTrak program will tell you where to place the wheels to minimize tire pulling
