Default Adjusting Ebrake for Disk brakes

Hey all, I am trying to adjust my ebrake since I installed some new pads and was wondering if there is an adjust for each side?

Ive been adjusting the ebrake via the bolt located between the shifter and ebrake and it adjusts both the left and right side at the same time.

My right side cable seems stretched out since when I adjust the cable the left side is fully locked but I can still spin the right side.

This is for an 8th gen civic si with rear disk brakes.
