94 integra busted hard line under car toward rear
Its the one closest to the center of the car and I was just wondering how I get the clamps off? And would it be raised just to flare in a line or replace a whole section?

If your replacing a hard brake line, replace the whole section. This may require more effort in the short term, but having only two points of failure in a line is better than having 4 or 6.

^Replace the line, man. If it's not a possibility for you find a shop locally that builds braided lines and have them flare your line and install the proper hardware
But honestly we're talking about the most critical safety component on your car. Don't half-*** it. You're endangering all of us and the people around you.

Cut out the rusty section making sure you're into good line, put tube nuts on both ends, flare the ends, do the same with a new piece of brake like the correct length to go between them, put unions between them. DO NOT USE COMPRESSION FITTINGS!
