FS: 1996 Honda Civic EX 176k miles | Clean Title | Olive Green | Needs TLC
Don't need the car, it's been sitting and now it's costing me money. So it's gotta go. Car starts, runs and everything just fine. Great for a parts car or a project car. Needs a little work most definitely.
Needs tags/smog.
Tags expire DEC 2011.
Clean Title
Color: Olive Green
Chassis: 176,xxx miles
Motor: D16Y7 --- 120,xxx
BAR'd for a B18C1 if you wanna do a motor swap.
Which means if you swap in a USDM GSR motor, it will be perfectly LEGAL.
No worries with cops popping your hood!
Interior:
Mint Black GSR Cloth Front Seats
Alpine CDA-9885
Exterior:
OEM 99-00 Front & Rear Conversion
Fake Spoon Mirrors
Suspension:
SPC Front Camber Kit
Wheels:
16x7 Speedy Mode 205/45 Falken Ziex 912 ~70% treadwear.
Cons:
1. Front defroster does NOT work. All other climate control options work.
2. Has CEL for P0453. No idea how to fix it, doesn't seem to affect anything. Has to do with going from D16Y8 to a 99-00 D16Y7, I think.
3.. Someone backed into my car Thanksgiving morning and damaged my driverside door. Door still works, just damaged. No pictures of the damage.
4. There is a dent on the passenger side where the molding is, I took a few pictures of it. It's pretty hard to tell, easier in person much more difficult in pictures. I tried to get a few angles so people can understand it's not THAT bad.
Note: Pictures are old, so damage of the driverside door isn't here.
Price: $1800 OBO. First come first serve.

I don't check hondamarketplace as much as I use to, so just post whatever questions you may have here.

Yep. Decided to take out the motor and part it out because I bought a bunch of other stuff for the motor and got it tuned. I'll make way more of my money back rather than give it up.
If people decide it's not 'worth it' because I changed my own price, it's all good.
I know at $3500 it'll still be gone soon.
