Up for sale is my 1999 civic DX. I've had this car for around 3 yrs and drove it nearly everyday 60 miles round trip. During that time I was only left roadside once from a coolant hose splitting. For those wondering, the car never overheated. My point is that this car is crazy reliable even with just basic maintenance. Additionally there are no stories behind this car, never stolen, hacked up, salvaged or any of that crap that you see with a majority of the other civics out there. So here are the specs:
1999 Civic DX Coupe
196k on stock engine and trans
Manual
Pros
- Clean title
- No check engine light
- Complete SI interior in good condition
- No pop outs or grinds
- Power windows
- Paint in good condition (front bumper and right fender clear coat a little rough)
- Very economical, consistently got around 35-38mpg
- Replaced all belts, oil pan gasket, timing belt, water pump, coolant hoses and more about 10k mi ago
- Oil change and new air filter done 500mi ago
- Front brake calipers recently rebuilt and painted along with new pads installed about 10k mi ago
- New Yonaka Exhaust installed less than 2k mi ago
Cons:
- Tires will need to be replaced soon
- Motor mounts need replacing
- Trunk floor cover missing but have carpet
- Recommend new bushings for trailing arms
- Headlights yellowing, polishing would fix them right up
Modifications:
- 16" Rota Subzero wheels
- Complete SI interior with SI gauges
- Lowered on Eibach springs and ride quality is great
- Xenon lights
Reason for selling the car is because I bought a new car for more room and needed and automatic. This car is in good condition considering its age. Could use a few thing here and there as outlined but want to be upfront. Don't waste your money on a beater. Contact me if you are looking for a straight, solid, clean title civic.

Thanks. I forgot to mention I have the factory gauge cluster, 2 rota track wheels and some other misc parts ill throw in with the sale. Also for those wondering, I manually changed the SI cluster mileage to the correct mileage when I did the swap. Original mileage on the si cluster was around 80k and added around another 80k to reflect actual. No shady mileage alterations have been made so mileage shown is actual mileage.

Updated thread with new photos taken this morning.
Also, completed a smog check yesterday. Ready for new owner to come pick her up!
