Re: Carolina Cars Thread!
spoilers make your car go faster...FWD cars need better rear down force.
oh and one time Joseph Davis told a kid he wanted to race him.
Not a car race but a foot race. When they said read, set GO he hit the kid in the stomach. JD won by a mile.

Re: Carolina Cars Thread!
Haven't posted in a while, my db8 developed a main knock so I traded off. I ended up with a pretty much stock 97 civic ex with some painted interior pieces and a work steering wheel. I had it painted flamenco black pearl, shaved wing and windshield wiper nozzles, and ridded myself of the stock gold emblems in favor of new oem chrome honda emblems. The stock dubcaps had wore tires, so I decided to upgrade wheels/tires so I bought Konig backbones wrapped in 205/50-15 Bridgestone potenza re-11a's, and fitted new stock(used) interior pieces, and did a DIY ctr look to my stock headlights and added jdm city lights. It then blew a head gasket, so I installed one, had the head decked, and did an entire cooling system replacement, while picking up a cheap header and exhaust to replace my rusted catback, clogged cat and cracked exhaust manifold. Everything was fine and dandy for 3 weeks until cylinder 4 decided it didn't want to be constrained to its walls anymore and shot through my oil pan and girdle like a boss, so now it's got the head off, awaiting an engine hoist as I'm doing a b series swap. Picked up a 60k b20z2 off a buddy for cheap, and although it wasn't the b16 I wanted, it'll do. Currently sourcing a trans with all the b series goodies needed to do the swap. Sorry for the long post just catching up on things, enjoy some pictures of my glorious terd. Pics should be in order, sorry if their not.

Re: Carolina Cars Thread!
well I was wondering where all the upstate sc guys had been posting.
anyway, I work second shift so I don't get to see a lot of good looking Hondas. my wife though has seen a group or two in the past couple of months...
just curious of the frequency and where yall meet.
-chris
edit: took a look a few pages back and it looks as though things have disbanded.

Re: Carolina Cars Thread!
Hey guys, my name is Nathan. I'm moving to Anderson, SC at the end of November and wanted to get some feedback on how the car scene is. I'm moving from Melbourne, FL where there is a rather large scene and thought I would reach out to see how things are up there. I have visited many times to see some good friends and I have noticed a couple mini trucks in the area (which I'm a big fan of and used to own) but not many tuners. Here is a couple pics on my civic. It's kind of a beater but I enjoy it.

Haha clumpsum sucks! I really hope i get to stop hearing about that bull **** acc bottom dwelling acc joke of a conference cow pasture team returning to a nc game.
I really hope this knocks them from the playoff race so we can see some real teams get in!
Yes i still hate clemsux!!!!
I still don't currently own any Hondas. I traded my diesel swapped 1967 fj40 for a 2001 ford excursion 4x4 with the 7.3 diesel.
I needed to be able to tow my san juan 26 sailboat that comes in a hair under 7,000 lbs on the scales.
I did pick up a 91 short bed regular cab s10.
My grandpa bought her new off the lot in 91.
Im currently trying to talk my dad out of a 454 thats in his water damaged rv....i think it will be fun launching a truck down the strip on two wheels!
It may take a big hammer and pry bar but i know i can stuff a bbc into that s10
So im still doing engine swaps...only now they are usually either turbo diesel or v8
However the most profitable toys ive found are motorcycles! I love buying cheap bikes and turning them into cafe bikes then flipping them.
I really want to do a bobber build. My last bike was kind of a scrambler/cafe. It was a 77 kz400, the one Jeremiah used to own.
I currently have an 08 vulcan 900 custom that im painting but the bike is in too good of shape to chop.
So if anyone knows of any cheap bikes hit me up.
I bet pete is still sexy as **** with a wig on.
I saw Joseph Davis about a year ago....literally a God among men. Redline tuning ftw! He flashed my 7.3!
