Alarm with 2 way LCD Pager
I'm looking for an alarm with 2 way LCD pager. I was searching through eby and find this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...photo
It has really good price. Is it any good? How hard is it to do a self-install? How much will it cost me to professionaly installed? Where can I get it installed?
Thank you for your help.

price. cheap enough... any good.. probably a competative ebay brand.. cost for install.. around 100 bucks without engine.. easy to install.. if you currently dont know how to install an alarm then dont try on your car... where to get it installed.. mom and pops places will probably install it.. ask around what stores will do it.. If i was you i would just go out buy a viper 2way and get it installed.. its not like you change car alarms as often as car stereos so spending a bit more shouldnt be a big thing.

Re: Alarm with 2 way LCD Pager (fcm)
I would only buy that alarm if I knew how to install it myself or I personally knew an installer. If you bring that alarm to a stereo shop they will probably not do a good job of installing it and it will have problems in the future. Your best bet is to just buy an alarm from the stereo shop, it's worth the extra cost in the long run.

Installing alarm = Sooooooooo much fun ... but so satisfying when you finish it, and it works, not to mention remote start on a 5 speed
my advice, get a name brand, compustars are sweet, but loot!, i have a aladdin, i've heard good and bad, have had little to no problems yet... so i'm not complaining.
also if u learn to install it yourself, you will learn a ton about your car, and wiring, and soldering, and cursing/swearing, ect...
