Default what should i do now?

INFO: JDM B18C Integra GSR motor/Hydro tranny

So i went to change my tranny fluid today not knowing how long since the last change. I jacked up the car in the front, Unbloted the top 17mm bolt and probably about 8 oz. of clear, clean tranny fluid came out. so i popped the bolt back in and now im worried... did that much come out because it was probably filled on a lift? and is that much less going to be dangerous to drive on?

should i take it to a shop where it can be filled on a lift, or should i be ok?

Any advice much appreciated.

^Why do you need to put the car on jackstands, and what do you need to bleed? You can reach the bolts with the car on flat ground with the wheel on and there's nothing to bleed.
