Koni yellow hardware/ where to buy, please help :(
I bought some used koni yellows off ebay and they seem to be missing some hardware.
This is what i received: (starting from the bottom of the shocks)
4 C-clip rings (that go into the grooves)
4 rings/washers (that go over the the C-clips)
4 spring pearch (front and back were the spring sits on
4 split plastic washer (white in color)
7 locknuts (for the top of the shocks, seems that im missing one)
2 adjustment noobs (for adjusting the firmness)
That is all that was included. now what is missing???
I know there are suppost to be special washers and im pretty sure i will need to order those. Can some shead some light on what is missing and what i really need to order.
Also were can i order these parts from.
Thanks for the help

Ok so basicly i found out i need all the top half of the koni hardware from crx-lee "2 large flat washers, 1 12mm ID sleeve, 1 cupped washer and 2 nucts per shock"
Anyone know if the stock parts can be used but just drilled out 12mm to fit the koni shocks. Ive been thinking about it and i cant see why not. Anyone know

Re: (Xsi)
why not just drill them out and go rip some corners?
I would use the stock washer that fits the tapered seat rather than (or along with) the flat washer you show. I'm talking about the thick washer thing stuck to the bumpstop.

Hi,
I had the same issue when I purchased a used set of Koni Yellow. I took the picture of what I have and called Koni and ask for the tech. support's email address and send him the picture. Koni were so helpful in telling me what was missing for my specific application and send the missing parts within days.

thanks for all the replys guys.
I was talking to crxlee (really nice guy, works for koni) and he said it would cost 12 each for a pair. so $24usd total. I live in Canada so there would be brokerage fees and taxes along with shipping which is going to cost in the end probably 50cnd bucks for me epp.
I dont see why i cant use my stock ones so i asked crxlee and he said he has done this before, you just got to take your time and drill out the stock washers right to incress the size from 10mm to 12mm.
Now my question does anyone have a how to or what washers to drill out. i just need some one to expain it to me in detail on what to do. Ill probably figure it out my self but i was just wondering if anyone has done
this before and can help out.
Thanks

Do you have that piece of steel tube that goes through the bushings? I doubt you could drill that out easily. Other than that you will need to drill out both those large flat washers and the top one tht goes under the nuts because they all need to fit over your shock.

Re: (lak8)
Get him to ship by USPS and there is a good chance it'll get by customs. Sending it by UPS or Fedex and it'll get tagged.
Get the proper hardware and be done with it.
