LOW BEAMS WON'T WORK BUT HIGH BEAMS DO. HELP!
On my 2000 Civic, my low beams won't work, but my high beams do. Tried changing to new bulbs and checked the fuses, but everything checked out okay. Does anyone know what is wrong? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

This may sound noobish but try hitting your headlights, maybe loose wiring. Worked for me.

I just read about a major recall on Civics regarding this problem (something like 400,000 of them). Call your dealer or search the NTSB site for the recall notice.

wrong, the recall only applies to 01-02 civics.
